By engaging in business services rendered with Custom Golf Trips LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. **Planning Fees:**

- All golf trip planning services provided by Custom Golf Trips require full payment of planning fees for entire group before any work begins.

- Work on the trip itinerary, reservations, and all related services will commence upon receipt of the full planning fees associated for the client(s).

2. **Payment and Refund Policy:**

- All sales of Custom Golf Trips services are final. Once planning fees are paid, no refunds will be issued. Credit with Custom Golf Trips will be issued at the following rates based on Established Trip Date (ETD):

> 90 days from ETD = 50% of planning fees issued to payor as credit

< 90 days from Trip Date = 25% planning fees as Custom Golf Trips credit to be in payer’s name, to be used by payer only for future services rendered.

- Custom Golf Trips reserves the right to modify the pricing of its services at its discretion, with any changes applying to future transactions.

3. **Changes and Cancellations:**

- Any changes requested within 30 days of the scheduled golf trip date may be subject to additional charges.

- Custom Golf Trips reserves the right to assess fees for changes, cancellations, or rescheduling initiated by the client.

4. **Client Responsibilities:**

- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and preferences to facilitate the planning process.

- Custom Golf Trips is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. **Trip Itinerary:**

- While Custom Golf Trips will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the proposed itinerary, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments. Any changes will be communicated to the client promptly.

6. **Liability:**

- Custom Golf Trips is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays that may occur during the golf trip. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

7. **Intellectual Property:**

- All intellectual property, including trip itineraries and custom plans, created by Custom Golf Trips remains the property of Custom Golf Trips.

8. **Governing Law:**

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Missouri.
