a working itinerary with ongoing development
clear, all-in golfer pricing
You review and we refine until every aspect fits your group.
Confirm
Once the plan is approved, we lock everything in.
This includes:
securing all reservations
finalizing the itinerary and trip structure
organizing the roster and reviewing expectations for all attendees
setting a collection schedule for golfer dues
At this point, the trip is officially booked.
Elevate
After it’s secured, we focus on how to make it truly premier.
Groups may add:
course contests and side games
group-specific attributes and themes
apparel, hats, tee gifts, and welcome items
a trip host, media or signage, and other elements
Upgrades are recommended thoughtfully and always delivered on schedule.
For Clubs
Custom Golf Trips is designed to support club pros and/or event coordinators — not replace them.
We work behind the scenes to plan and manage the trip structure, competition, and group logistics, allowing you to remain the face of the experience while avoiding added administrative burden.
Trips can be organized directly through the club or in collaboration with a designated group leader, depending on what works best for you and your members.
